THE SOLUTION: You're not going to want to hear this, but dogs aren't stubborn. Most of the time it's fear. When a dog pees or poops, they are put in a vulnerable position. "My rescue dog is 4-years-old, can he still be potty trained?"
THE SOLUTION: An old dog can learn new tricks, although 4-years isn't old. You can potty train a dog at any age. It may take more time and diligence, but it can be done when you follow the 5 Critical Steps.
