Consistency is important for success. YOU can do this! For the best results practice the exercises in this program at least 2 hours a week. If you want quicker results, then practice for 30 minutes every day (3 hours a week). Keep in mind, that each dog is an individual and you need to go at your dogs pace, not yours.
